InvoiceTool ("we", "us", "our") operates the website invoicetool.org — a free, browser-based invoice generator for freelancers and small businesses. InvoiceTool is an independent project with no corporate affiliations.
Unlike most web applications, InvoiceTool deliberately collects no user data. Specifically, we do not collect or store:

Google AdSense
We display advertisements served by Google AdSense (Google Privacy Policy). Google may use cookies and device identifiers to serve personalised ads based on your interests. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ad Settings or by visiting aboutads.info.
Google Fonts
We load fonts (Fraunces, DM Sans, JetBrains Mono) from Google Fonts. Google may log your IP address and browser information when fonts are requested. See Google's Privacy Policy.
jsDelivr CDN
The QR code generation library is loaded from jsDelivr. jsDelivr may log access requests. See jsDelivr's Privacy Policy.
Vercel
InvoiceTool is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may collect standard server access logs (IP addresses, request timestamps, browser user agents) as part of infrastructure operation. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.
InvoiceTool itself does not set any cookies. Google AdSense may set cookies on your device to serve and measure advertisements. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings or through the Google Ad Settings link mentioned above.
We do not use Google Analytics or any other user behaviour analytics platform. We do not track page views, sessions, or individual user journeys.
InvoiceTool is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through our service, please contact us and we will address it promptly.
Because we collect no personal data on our servers, most data rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability) are exercised entirely through your own browser. To delete your data, clear your browser's localStorage for invoicetool.org.
If you are an EU/EEA resident, you may have additional rights under the GDPR. For any concerns related to Google AdSense personalised advertising, you may contact Google directly or use the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework tools.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of InvoiceTool after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
